Our client’s business is situated in a historic part of Donegal offering relaxed hospitality combined with a quality service. Renowned for their friendly approach, this establishment has a solid reputation of offering excellent service for all occasions, ensuring patrons return time and time again to enjoy their hospitality. They are now seeking to appoint an experienced Spa Manager to join their team. Responsibilities: The spa manager our client is looking for will have a charismatic personality with excellent managerial skills to lead a successful award-winning spa into the future. The spa manager will be responsible for ensuring the guest’s service journey is memorable and exceeds expectations. You will lead and motivate your team to deliver personal customer-focused standards. Reporting to the operations manager, the candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the spa operations. The role will require the successful candidate, at times, to be hands on in terms of the delivery of various facial and body treatments. Manage the spa operation, ensuring delivery of excellent customer service standards; Provide coaching, training and development of the spa team; Ensure all customers enquiries and requests for bookings are dealt with promptly, courteously and efficiently; Leading the team to ensure confidence, knowledge and expertise required to maximise sales and achieve set targets; To work closely in conjunction with budgeted targets; Ensure adequate resource planning and effective recruitment of the spa team; Implementing systems, policies and training procedures to continue to develop the spa operation; Maximise sales through up-selling, using incentives and promotions which will be co-ordinated with the sales team; The ability to drive standards and ensure they are maintained across the department. What we are looking for: A minimum of 3 years experience in a senior capacity in a spa; Excellent written and spoken levels of English; Excellent attention to detail. Benefits.
