Marketing Executive (Residential Property Developer. Dublin south. €Neg. My client is a well known property developer currently constructing thousands of residential units in the Leinster area. Due to a large scale expansion they have an opportunity for a confident property professional with 2-3 years’ experience working with a developer or in an estate agency to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing focus and have previously devised marketing strategies for New Homes schemes and also possess a deep understanding of the property market and the new homes sector. Profile: Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Team to devised and implement marketing campaigns and raise brand awareness for the firm. Outline Duties: Manage and update development and corporate websites. Manage and brief graphic designers for brand development. Prepare marketing campaigns and budgets. Set up and update linkedin pages for the various brands. Streamline all branding across all schemes. Act as Brand Guardian by creating corporate templates and ensure all staff use correct fonts, signatures etc. Create Instagram pages and manage on a daily basis. Assist in procurement of CRM system. Establish a network with the property portals to achieve better economies across our numerous schemes. Manage signage requirements across all schemes. Carry out market research as part of due diligence and ongoing research. Use CRM system to assist us understand buyer profile. Research interpret market trends to further inform our marketing spends. Experience/skill set should include: Strong attention to detail. 2-3 years marketing experience in a property developer/new homes agency environment. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Strong ability to work independently. Exceptional computer skills. Note- This role will suit a professional with a passion for property/real estate. Someone with an eye for detail who can think outside the box, with a get things done attitude. Third level education-desirable. Full Clean Driving Licence - desirable.
