SUMMARY OF ROLE: We are currently looking for part-time Call Centre Agents for our Client based in Swords, Co. Dublin. This is a temporary role until the end of the year with a possibility of further work with the Company. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Making calls to customers to complete customer satisfaction survey. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: • Clear, concise and professional telephone manner; • Computer literate and able to learn and use a number of different systems. RATE OF PAY: €11.31 per hour. WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday 9.30am-1.30pm. JOB CODE: QED0203.
