Our Client based in Dublin City Center requires a temporary full-time Clerical Officer. This is a 3 month fixed term position on a 37 hour a week contract. Duties will include. • Following up on queries and / or documentation with service providers. • Updating records on Excel spreadsheets. • Printing, filing, photocopying and scanning. • Responding to queries both by phone and email. • Preparing documentation for meetings and stakeholders. • Setting up meetings/conference calls. • Other general administrative duties, as required. The successful candidate will have. • Office experience (minimum 12 months working in a busy office environment. • At least intermediate level in Excel and Word skills. • Good telephone manner. • Excellent attention to detail. • Well organised but flexible to meet changing demands.
