Quality Systems Trainer: In partnership with its client Kenny-Whelan & Associates is currently looking for a Quality Systems Trainer for the Cork area. Profile of Role: The Quality Systems Trainer is responsible for assisting in the development, execution, and management of the QC Microbiology, QC In-Process and QC Analytical training program in compliance with GxP, regulatory, and industry standards and guidelines.This position works closely with QC departmental management and staff to develop and maintain the QC Training Program. In addition, this position serves as support for process improvements and initiatives. Main duties and responsibilities: Implementation of specific Training and Development initiatives: OJT (On-the-Job Training) Project: develop and implement OJT’s in conjunction with QC SME’s and management in the Learning Management System (ComplianceWire) for On-the-Job Training items. Design and build curricula in conjunction with Quality Training Group for QC department training items in ComplianceWire. Respond to requests to implement training, build training items within Compliance. Consult with SME’s, Leads and managers on training items and curriculum build. Assign re-qualification, and retraining with LMS in conjunction with Quality Training Group. Maintain and update training database. Maintain hard copy training records for audit readiness. File electronic and hard copy training records. Training effectiveness improvement projects as needed. Manage the qualification of Trainers’ database. Perform organizational and administrative tasks in the Learning Management System. Maintain the system for tracking and evaluating training compliance and analyze training trends. Review documents (SOPs) and TCRs, provide feedback on the contents, and assess the training needs and requirements for new and revised procedures. Perform assessments of procedures and provide feedback for improvement. Education. BA or BS in Biological Sciences/Technical discipline preferred but not essential. FETAC Level 6 Train the Trainer. IT Systems/Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint / Office 365. Visio, Tracswise. Skills and Experience: 2+ years’ experience in a GMP regulated environment. 2+ years’ experience with a Learning Management System (LMS), preferably Compliance Wire. •Ability to comprehend technical information related to equipment, processes, and regulatory expectations. •Understanding and familiarity of European and US regulatory requirements, guidelines, and rec.
