Do you love coffee? Do you enjoy working with people and engaging with customers? We are currently searching for a field-based Coffee Trainer for the Cork-Kerry region. The successful candidate will have a passion for both coffee and customer service and will be responsible for representing the company to both existing customers and potential new business partners. The Role: Delivering customer-specific training to both groups and individuals. Assist with the training of staff in new location openings and represent the company at promotional activities. Attend exhibitions and presentations as needed. Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered to customers. Demonstrate a detailed knowledge of coffee and the machinery. Liaise with the Sales and Operations Teams to ensure new installations are in line with company specifications. Equip customers to operate, maintain and get the most out of the product. Upsell equipment and increase order value and size where possible. Identify possible new business opportunities to Account Managers. The Candidate: Passionate about coffee and driven by customer needs. Clear communicator. Comfortable working by their own schedule. Self-motivated. Full, clean driver's licence.
