Role Summary. Reporting to the HR Business Partner and based in the Processing facility in Co. Kilkenny, the Training Coordinator will be responsible for the on going development, delivery, measurement, administration and certification of training of employees in line with the GMP standards of the Dairy Industry. Key Responsibilities. • Collaborate with key stakeholders across Operations, HR, H&S and Quality to maintain and deliver a comprehensive training framework for the Ballyragget site to cover all statutory, regulatory and role competency requirements while driving compliance. • Manage the site LMS. • Work with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to develop and implement training solutions. • Co-ordinate all training activity throughout classroom, third party and “on the job training” (OJT) including the training timetable and scheduling of Trainers, participants, evaluation, materials, venues etc. • Responsible for all training recording, administration and documentation including trainee records, training participation, standards and success, presentation to audits, budget etc. • Record, measure and analyse/report on metrics relating to training to ensure we achieve strategic objectives and add value. Qualifications and Experience: • Qualification in training or HR desirable. • Experience and understanding of training system (identification of training needs, design and delivery through to evaluation methods. • Knowledge of Operation/Manufacturing process regulatory requirements / lean / GMP. • Fully proficient in IT systems including MS Office suite and LMS. • Command and ability to work across all levels and departments within the organisation. Other: • Experience in a formal training environment desirable. Proven ability in knowledge transfer a requirement. • Exceptional communications skills with the ability to adapt interpersonal style to cater for the needs of their audience. • Attention to detail with GMP compliance and right first time mind-set.
