They are looking for a German speaker to start and progress your Career with them as a German Relationship Specialist where you will be dealing with this Company’s Members via phone, email and online chat. Responsibilities for this role will include but will not be limited to: Assisting Members with any queries they may have. Assisting Members with updating their profiles online. Assisting Members with upcoming Projects. Assisting Members with processing payments. Finding solutions for Members who are not happy with the experience. Working closely with colleagues. Developing knowledge of industry dynamics. Ensuring Members profiles are complete and up to date. These Members predominately deal with Consultancy, Market Research, PR and Advertising Professionals. Experience required: Written and spoken fluent German. Written and spoken fluentEnglish. At least six months’ experience working within a corporate firm. A University Degree. Ability to multitask in a busy environment. Good technical / social media skills. A confident speaker on the Telephone. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. This role comes with a basic salary of 33k along with a Bonus structure and Benefits such as 24 Days Holidays, Medical cover, Pension, Free Beverages and Snacks and more.
