Retail Fit Out Manager, POS Hardware. My client who supply and fit out POS Hardware (eg Checkouts, Self-Scan, Cash Tubes, Credit Card Reader) to retailers are looking for a manager to oversee the store installation and fit out. Based in Dublin the Retail Fit Out Manager, POS Hardware will work with the client, sub-contractors and suppliers in making sure the fit out is delivered efficiently to time and budget. I am looking for someone will excellent co-ordination skills, good customer service, who can work to timelines and costings and react to problems. Responsibilities for the role of Retail Fit Out Manager, POS Hardware. Develop and issue the plans to the Health & Safety team for approval. Responsible for the delivery of the installation to time and budget. Oversee the Site, Day & Night Management team. Ensure site set-up is correct. Confirm with all Sub-Contractors and Nominated Suppliers that all relevant information and order cover required to commence works has been received. Develop and issue the Installation Programme and Phasing Plans. Set up and attend weekly meetings. Ensure all Site Documentation is issued. Ensure all Health & Safety aspects of the installation are adhered to. Ensure all Sub-Contractors and Nominated Suppliers have all the relevant information and order cover required to commence works. Issue a weekly report to the Commercial team on any variations. Develop and issue the Project distribution list. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with our clients policies and procedures. Ensure all the Site Managers tasks are being carried out to time and to standard. Skills & Experience for the role of Retail Fit Out Manager, POS Hardware. A proven track record of co-ordinating store fit outs. Has experience in dealing with clients, contractors and suppliers.
