Embedded Software Lead- Limerick. Job Overview: Exciting new role for an Embedded Software Lead in the Limerick area. We are looking for somebody who has a proven track record in delivering complex products to market on a tight schedule. Essential qualifications and Skills: BS or higher within Computer Science, Engineering or related field. 10 years product development. 3 years of people management. Proven track record in delivering complex products to market on a tight schedule. Technically: Windows / Linux. Application Development - C , C# or Python. GUI Development - C , Python, OpenGL, DirectX. Interfaces - RS485, TCP/IP security over internet (socket programming), USB, RS232. Web-based - Upload system data to a server and download SW updates to a system. Xilinx Zynq - C, C , C#, Python, Verilog, VHDL. Experience with ARM based processors. Hercules Arm Cortex Microcontrollers. Modelsim simulation for Verilog/VHDL. Scrum methodologies and globally distributed teams. Strong leadership skills. Ability to solve complex integration issues involving hardware and software. Strong customer focus and usability mind-set. Working and leading in a matrix-based multinational organization.
