Job title: Fund Accounting Senior Analyst. Salary: €35,000-€41,000. Location: Dublin City Centre. Duration: Permanent. Our client is a leading provider of asset management and investment technology solutions. They are looking for a Senior Fund Accountant who will be responsible for maintaining the accounting books and records of its fund clients, act as an intermediary between the funds and investment advisors and prepare financial statements and regulatory reports for the funds. Responsibilities: Communicating with the funds’ investment advisors and entering security trades. Calculating the funds’ expenses. Calculating and reporting on the funds’ NAVs. Processing shareholder activity and reconciling to the funds’ transfer agent. Performing security and cash reconciliation between the company’s records and the funds’ custodian prime brokers’ records. Ensuring funds are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Analysing changes in funds’ values in relation to broader market fluctuations. Assisting with preparation of financial statements and audits as requested. Requirements: 2 years’ experience in Fund Operations with experience in Alternative Funds. Knowledge of Investment Services industry in Europe. 3rd level qualification in Finance/Business. Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel and Word. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Organisational and administrative skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritise work and manage time to maximise efficiency and meet deadlines. Knowledge of Advent Geneva system. Knowledge of Sungard InvestOne/Investier system. Minimum stamp 4 visa or EU passport.
