Branch Supervisor - Builders Providers : S.Dublin. ***Take your first step in Management *** Our client a D12 Builder Merchants seeks a Branch Supervisor to support the day to day operations of a very busy Builder Merchants: Call Daniella 086 7750646. * Operational Branch Support including Sales, Distribution, Stock Management, Customer Service, Merchandising. * Lead and motivate branch staff by providing training, coaching and development. * Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that improve branch growth opportunities. * Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly. * Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company. * Stay abreast of competing markets. Branch Supervisor Requirement. * Proven Builder Provider/Merchants/Trade Counter experience Essential. * Sufficient knowledge of General Construction Supplies. * Ability to meet sales targets. * Excellent organizational skills and Results driven and customer focused. * Ability to Leader, manage and motivate team.
