I'm currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join a busy team in Kilcullen / Silliot Hill Co. Kildare. The Role: Process payroll for both temporary and permanent staff. Maintain stock orders for PPE (safety) gear and stationary for the site. Provide information to commercial clients in respect of any queries they may have. Process invoices and raise Purchase Order numbers per the current in house system. Open, maintain and update commercial customer accounts in house systems as needed. Maintain Health & Safety records and other documentation for the branch. Cover the weighbridge operator and skip booking duties. Requirements: Experience in processing payroll.
