FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Junior/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor for €350m Project in Dublin City Centre. Building & Civils. Quantity Surveyor. Duties and Responsibilities: Procure and prepare Sub-Contract packages/orders. Administer Sub-Contract orders from award to final account. Prepare Sub-Contract payments. Preparation and submission of valuations. Manage the production of monthly financial reports. Attend monthly site progress meetings. Necessary skills and requirements: Degree Qualified Quantity Surveyor. 4-7 years experience. Ability to work to tight deadlines and budgets. Track record with a recognised main contractor. Excellent knowledge and understanding of all forms of contract. Subcontract procurement and administration skills. Commercially aware with good client facing skills. Ability to work in a team or on own initiative. Ability to perform multiple tasks at a high level of quality. Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment.
