Description

HR Business Partner. Partnering with the Executive Committee, SMT to align HR strategy. In collarboration with the Head of HR and HR Manager, develop HR Strategy and implement operational plans your business areas. Delivering value-add, best in class HR support to internal customers. Ensure Group and EMEA HR initiatives are incorporated into business areas. Ensuring appropriate resources and capabilities are in place. Devise HR initiatives to support people development and Engagement. Focus on Learning and Development to review effectiveness put plans in place to maximise development, retention and succession. Employee relations expertise. Acts as a key consultant to senior management. Recruitment and Selection. Strong focus on Direct Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other innovative sources. To liaise with, develop and maintain an effective relationship with recruitment agencies and advertising agencies both internal and external advising them of current requirements. To manage recruitment life cycle process in relation to vacancies at all levels. To liaise with managers and agencies in relation to the placement of temporary employees. Learning and Development. Develop Learning and Development programmes to support the Career Management framework and People plans. Prepare Learning needs analysis and skills assessment. Design and delivers management development programmes. HR Operations. Supports the annual Compensation cycles. Manages HRIS requirements in the team. Leads HR related initiatives such as driving a performance management culture. Supports business change initiatives such as organisation redesign etc. Leads complex employee relations cases. Supports Fitness and Probity processes. Prepares Management Information packs for Executive business areas. Project Management. Consults in the delivery of specific high priority strategic projects. Performs an assessment of the proposed project plans, roles and deliverables and risk assessment to ensure that there is a high probability of success and to determine if there are any conflicts or budgetary issues. Qualifications. 5-7 years minimum experience within a HR Business Partner role in an International Financial Services environment. Degree in HR Mgt or related qualification with CIPD accreditation. Has demonstrated best practice in all HR Business Partner requirements with a particular focus on Talent Management; Change Management; HRIS and Data Analytics. Project management skills. Experience of a Financial Services / regulated environment. Willingness to travel between offices (Navan and Dublin.
