Preparing and producing food for the area, which you are assigned and to the standards set by the Head Chef. Plan, prepare and cook menu items as directed by the Sous / Head Chef. Ensuring a high standard of personal and food hygiene. Follow all HACCP measures in accordance with industry standards. Keep the kitchen clean and safe. Requirements of this Chef Job. Minimum of 1 years' experience in a busy kitchen. Own uniform and safety shoes on every shift are a must. Must be a team player, assisting other team members when necessary. Must be legally entitled to work in Ireland. Excellent English communication skills. Manual Handling and HACCP/ Food Safety certificates can be provided onsite.
