HR Officer – Dublin City Centre – Part-Time Large city centre Hotel seeking part-time HR Officer for a permanent role. This role is an excellent opportunity for a capable and confident HR Generalist to move into a very autonomous role with complete ownership of HR. There is substantial flexibility in working hours, but ideal is approx. 3 days per week, or mornings Mon-Fri. The Role: The HR Officer will report to the GM and will be an all-encompassing, autonomous HR position with sole HR responsibility. The role will cover all the following; End to end recruitment, from creating job specs through to onboarding/induction. Managing Employee Relations issues through to resolution when required. Day to day HR Operations including administration and database maintenance including absences, annual leave, and maternity/paternity leave, onboarding, etc. Training – Liaising with external vendors, tracking attendance/certification. Providing/Sourcing required training in line with the needs of the business. Providing HR reports to senior management and other parts of the business. Many more duties in support of the wider HR function. Required Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in similar position. Previous exposure to multiple aspects of HR in an operational, hands-on capacity – Recruitment, ER, etc. 3rd Level Qualification in Human Resources, or relevant field. Strong IT skills, in particular MS Office suite.
