Healthwave are currently seeking applications from experienced OTC staff to join our team in Dundrum, Dublin. The successful candidates will join our OTC counter team, working alongside our pharmacists, dispensers and customer care teams. Key responsibilities: - Explaining the Healthwave service to prospective customers. - Providing a high level of customer service at all times. - Receiving prescriptions from patients and placing orders with the dispensary. - Managing queues and prioritising. - Recommending OTC products for minor ailments. - Maintaining a clean and professional front of house. - Ordering of stock sold over the weekend. This is a weekend / full time, (Weekends - Saturdays 10am to 6pm and Sundays 11am to 5pm), The role is based at our Dundrum store, conveniently located across from the Balally Green Luas stop. Applicants must have the following to be considered for shortlisting: - 2 years OTC pharmacy experience an advantage. - Experience working in a fast paced environment. - Fluent English. - Full OTC product knowledge.
