Description

We are looking for a skilled Administrator that will co-ordinate all the email traffic from the Sales team & Liaise with external suppliers in order to generate sales quotes. Duties: Liaising with the internal sales office to the get orders to site, ensuring all paperwork is correct. Stock taking of renewable stock on a monthly basis and sending it through to the Logistics department. Basic heat pump sizing - using company tools. Organising site visits and commissioning with the technical office. Keeping records and data required for monthly reports. Excellent working knowledge of Word & Excel. Excellent numeracy & attention to detail required for this role. A person who is a good multi-tasker would be an asset to this role as there is a lot of co-ordinating between departments. This role is immediately available, and it a part time at 20 hours. Flexible working hours will be considered depending on circumstances.
