Description

Accounts Administrator required for well established firm based in Ballymount, Dublin 12. You will report to the Operations Manager and provide administration support across a variety of areas within the company. This is a fantastic company with excellent management and no turnover of staff. You will be involved in managing the purchase ledger, dealing with suppliers, processing invoices and preparing payments. Day to day, you will be responsible for general administration including assisting the directors, the operations manager, ensuring the office is running smoothly and any other duties as required. You will need to have initiative, be able to make decisions, be an autonomous person and can work with little direction. Ideally you will have strong administration skills together with at least 3 years accounts payable experience . Salary on offer will be relevant to experience and within the region of €35-€38k.
