Do you have previous experience as an Accounts Assistant or a Book-Keeper? Are you available immediately? If so then this temp role in Co. Kilkenny might be of interest to you. As an Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, purchasing ordering, data entry and general administration. This assignment is for 2 days a week and expected to require a 4 week timeframe. The Person. At least 3 years experience in a similar position. Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel  A formal Accounting Technician qualification or qualified by experience. Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical accuracy. The Role. Assistance with accounting and invoicing processes. Payroll and general financial administration. Supplier payment and debtor management.
