Front Office Manager - Waterford
Our client are recruiting an enthusiastic Front Office Manager in a very busy and well respected four star hotel in Waterford. This is a fantastic opportunity for career advancement and personal development. The Role: Managing a team of over 5 staff in Reception and overall management of the Front Desk and Back Office Administration. Ensure all desk receive excellent customer service at all times. Implementing SOP’s for the Front Office Team. Maintain high standards of communications within the Front Office Team & hlf regular team meetings. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner. Working closely with the Wedding Coordinator to ensure the bedroom bookings for weddings are properly and correctly allocated to ensure that the billing is correct. Working with the Revenue Manager and Sales Team to ensure targets are met every month. Attend meetings with Senior Management. The Person: Previous experience in a similar role is necessary. Working knowledge of any hotel PMS is essential – Hotsoft training will be a distinct advantage. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Excellent customer service skills. Must be fluent in English – both written and spoken. Good knowledge of OTA Extranets would be an advantage. Must be computer literate. Must be available to work a combination of shifts including weekends and Bank Holidays.
