Description

FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting a Receptionist for 4 - 6 weeks temporary assignment based in Dublin 9. Duties: * Answers and directs incoming calls and sort incoming and outgoing mail, organising couriers, as required. * Sorts, files and re-distributes information received from stores to and from the Support Office. * General office administration for 37 stores and the Support Office e.g. stationery orders, office supplies, marketing materials for stores, staff member uniforms, ink toners, maintaining office contact list etc. * Assisting Support Office management including CEO, Operation, Marketing, Human Resources with administrative tasks, as required. * Organise hotel rooms and facilities (including food) for any external meeting the above departments require assistance with, also assisting with any internal group meetings that occur in the office. * Maintain standards of in the office linked directly to staff meetings or meeting taking place in the office. * Act as the main point of contact for third party suppliers to the support office. Requirements: * Professional telephone and personal manner. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * A solid team player with a positive attitude. * Organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
