Our client, a well-established solicitors’ firm in Galway City, are looking for a Receptionist on a permanent basis. The role will consist of front of house, phones, typing, dictation and preparing documents for court. Skills and Requirements: Previous experience in a legal/medical office is preferred. Experience with word processing. Excellent IT skills - particularly with the Microsoft package. Excellent Attention to detail. Demonstrate Professional manner in all aspects of communication i.e. - phone, email. Ability to multi-task. PA skills such as diary management. Excellent typing/Dictaphone skills.
