Mechanic24Hr.ie is seeking an ambitious Customer Service Representative to join our shared services team from its location at Finglas, Dublin 11. The job will entail a broad range of customer service and administration activities. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong customer service skills, managing incoming and outgoing calls, be proactive and flexible in approaching their work with an ability to multitask. Duties will include: Managing incoming and outgoing calls effectively. Dealing with customer queries on the phone, by email, by post and face to face. Dealing with customer correspondence and appeals. Ensuring all reports and administrative activities are produced accurately and on time. Maintaining up-to-date procedural documentation. Meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency and quality. Remote monitoring of car park sites. Roles and responsibilities: This role is for an individual with good administration skills and with the ability to produce documentation to a high standard. Documentation required includes regular reporting. The role will require excellent customer service skills and will be responsible for answering a broad range of queries and phone calls in a fast paced shared service environment. The role deals with a range of customer queries by correspondence including queries, complaints and appeals all of which must be responded to effectively and to a high standard. Responsible for following up on all written correspondence and calls as necessary. The role will require the candidate to multi task across a range of services and clients. Personal specification: Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills. Good communication and customer service skills are necessary. Strong multi-tasking ability. Flexible approach to work. Accurate with attention to detail and analytical skills. *Please note this is a part time role. Mechanic24Hr is open 24hours daily. Flexible hours may be available.
