The Person. – Fully qualified Stylist with 4+ years experience. – Hair replacement experience – an advantage but not essential. – Sales driven. – Enjoys learning new things and picks up new skills with ease. – Passionate and driven to become the next top Hair Replacement Stylist. – Self-motivated and strives for perfection. – Strong individual personality whilst being welcoming, friendly, smiley, funny & mindful. – Ability to put customers at ease whilst offering them the highest levels of satisfaction. – Fluent English. – Irish work permit if applicable. Duties. – Fittings of JK Hair Replacement Systems. – Maintenance appointments – i.e. 2 weekly, 3 weekly, or monthly refusions. – Strong sales skills. – Manage your time well and plan and organise tasks with ease. – Understand customers and business needs and create solutions. – Keep your own room and common areas clean, neat and tidy. You will be an inspirational guide with a big personality, taking each customer on their transition to greater confidence by expertly reversing the hair loss process and giving them their hair back. You will make them feel safe by creating a supporting environment putting them at ease, inspiring them to be creative and encourage each customer to fully discover the product range, experimenting with their options and look.
