You must enjoy taking leadership. Excellent communication and people management skills are required for this role as you will be liaising with all teams. This is a customer facing role. As well as creating and maintaining plans and processes, you will be responsible for budgets and expenses for projects. Attention to detail is a must for this role as you will be managing and maintaining multiple projects. A commercial background or experience in facilities is desirable, but not essential.
