Looking to start a new Quantity Surveyor role? We currently have a role on in Wexford for a national building contractor whose main work is based in the South East region.  This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are looking to further their career with a progressive company.  The role: Manage projects through from inception to completion. Prepare tender packages, review quotations received and make recommendations. Prepare and monitor initial budgets and cost plans, assessing variation claims and preparing reports for Clients. Complete sub-contract documentation in accordance with company procedures. Final account submissions, assessment and negotiations.  The ideal candidate:  Must have 3-4 years quantity surveying experience with a main contractor. Must have a 3rd level qualification in a related construction discipline. Must have excellent IT and numeracy skills. Must have excellent commercial aptitude and negotiation skills.
