Senior Quantity Surveyor. Tipperary/Dublin. DOE. A leading contractor is looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is happy to be based in either Tipperary or Dublin. They will travel to site as required and have experience within residential and commercial builds. This surveyor will report into the commercial manager and directors. The ideal quantity surveying candidate will possess the following traits; Degree Qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field such as Construction Economics or Cost Management. Has worked on Commercial and Residential works to date. Experience with Industrial and Healthcare builds also desirable. Keen eye for detail. Happy to prepare final accounts. Up to date knowledge of construction standards in Ireland. Recent experience in Ireland a definite plus. Knowledge of local subcontractors an added advantage.
