Health and Safety Advisor Our clients are looking for Health and Safety Advisors at all levels for their offices in both Mainland Europe and Scandinavia. The Employer. Our client is a leading multinational engineering services provider with annual revenues of over €500m; who specialise in electrical, mechanical, fire protection and technologies engineering. The Job. In ordering to excel in this role, you must have the ability to: Adhere to relevant Environmental, Health & Safety statutory provisions & legislation. Conduct ongoing C.O.S.H.H assessments and maintain control of hazardous substances. Coordinate the development of task specific method statements, risk assessments, safe plan of action, permit to work. Liaise with site Project Management on environmental, health & safety issues. What You Need to Have To Succeed. A relevant third level qualification in Environmental, Health and Safety. NEBOSH certificate level qualification. 3+ years’ experience of managing environmental, health and safety on large construction sites. What You Need to Be To Succeed. A Doer: The ideal candidate should thrive in a high paced, goal driven environment, have an eagerness to learn and approach all tasks with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a strong work ethic. A People Person: You should be a team player, with effective communication skills and a confidence in conducting H&S training and reporting on H&S issues to management. An Organiser: The ideal candidate should be well organised, have strong time management and auditing skills, and be a reliable and professional individual. What You Get.
