New opportunity with my client, a global company for a Head of Clinical Trial Specialists. The Head of the CTS group will oversee the clinical expertise provided to all teams during the development of all company products. You will provide leadership and advice in clinical and regulatory aspects during the development of innovative, engaging, and user centered products. Essential functions: KnowledgeManage and oversee all aspects of the Clinical Trial Specialist group; create and implement all processes and standard operation procedures (SOPs) to enhance the development and delivery of all products. Review course content during analysis, design, and development stages for technical accuracy; recommend improvements and revisions to course content. Manage, direct, and supervise assigned direct reports, including general leadership, planning, organising and reviewing. Design and deliver training to Clinical Trial Specialist Team members and provide the necessary mentoring and support. Continually evaluate SOPs and deploy process improvements to mitigate weaknesses. Work with other functional heads to ensure effective continuous improvement across all departments. Educataion, Abilities and Skills required. Third level qualification in science discipline. Expert knowledge of clinical study operations, preferably having had responsibility for study/site management, site coordination or data management. Sound knowledge of ICH-GCP and applicable regulatory requirements. Experience developing patient-facing information or recruitment materials if desirable. Proven ability to assess complex information and make effective decisions. Excellent communications skills both written and verbal, along with a strong comfort level in presentations.
