Our client, a  Waterford based company currently have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Department Manager .     The Role:  Recruiting, training, managing and motivating staff. Daily management of staff including holding regular meetings and briefing the team on new products and promotions. Promoting brands and auditing the performance of key product lines. Stock Inventory duties. Merchandise Store Layout and Signage. The Person: Previous people management experience – Essential. Previous retail experience – Essential. Knowledge of construction related products – Highly Desirable. The ability to prioritise and multitask. Ability to use initiative. Interested?
