Have vacancy in Cork Office for Credit Controller. Main Responsibilities: Responsible for credit control tasks. Accounts Analysis. Maximise the recovery of amounts in accordance with contractual terms, whilst providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers. Chase overdue invoices by phone, e-mail & letter within agreed timescales. Send out monthly statements/letters as agreed. Month end reporting and monitoring of KPI's. Required Skills & Abilities: Minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience and proven track record in B2B credit control. Organised and efficient with a high attention to detail and accuracy. IT literate especially in Excel. Confident with a good manner on the telephone. Must have exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Able to prioritise own workload and cope well under pressure. Exposure to targets and results driven environment. Blue chip customer experience desirable.
