Underwriter – Team Leader – 45k - 55k. Financial Services. Dublin 6. A financial services firm specialising in student loans is looking for an experienced Underwriting Team Leader. This role will include responsibility for team development, as well as the professional and personal growth of each individual team member. Team lead, or management experience is essential, as the role requires monitoring team capacity and SLAs, quality assurance and coaching, and improving team efficiency through optimisation of processes. Other Responsibilities: Generate and share comprehensive and detailed reports about weekly, monthly and YTD team performance in a clear and concise manner; Prepare, review and analyse the creditworthiness and risk implication of all types of lending applications; Identify and develop efficiencies within the team whilst promoting and producing high quality case output; Play a lead role in the development of all team members which should include training plans for new starters; Essential Requirements: 5+ years’ experience in an underwriting role including 2 years managing staff; Strong Excel skills; Must have an Irish/EU passport or stamp 4 visa in place; APPLY NOW by sending your CV to NKatiliute@sigmar.ie or call Neringa on 01 4744633 to discuss your suitability.
