The role of the Quality Technician will involve providing quality assurance support to the production line and working with the core team to manage these lines. You will be reporting into a Senior Quality Engineer. Key Duties. Implementation of process controls, CAPA systems and day to day problem solving. Responsible for providing hands on-line support and acting as a key member of the core team. Responsible for direct involvement and leading continuous improvement projects and initiatives. Applies strong systematic problem-solving methodologies in identifying, prioritizing, communicating and resolving quality issues. Ensures regulatory compliance to GMP for all medical device regulatory agencies. Responsible for conducting internal quality audits to ISO and GMP requirements. Candidate Requirements. Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Quality Technician in a medical device/cleanroom environment. Level 6/7 qualification in relevant field. Must have strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Positive attitude and working as part of a team is essential to fit in with the company's culture.
