A busy company in the Wicklow are are currently seeking a trade counter assistant with a knowledge of hardware / Agri / plumbing / DIY. Applicants need to have excellent customer service skills, be sales focused and have previous experience working in a busy retail enviornment. This role will require the successful candidate to; Provide excellent customer serivce. Identify customer needs and be able to troubleshoot and answer queries as and when they arise. A good knowledge of products and identifying best products for customer needs. Stock ordering and ensuring no lines are out of stock. Providing quotations and dealing with sales queries over the phone and via email. Training will be provided but a previous knowledge in the agri / hardware sector would be required.
