Duties: -Covering reception. -Diary management. -Dictaphone typing. -Processing and issuing invoices using a Sage product. -Data entry and inputting information onto the system/Excel. -Accurately drafting/editing letters, reports and other documents to a high standard. -Communicating with clients in a friendly and professional manner. -Answering telephone calls and emails and passing information to the relevant consultant. -General administrative duties including filing, archiving, photocopying, faxing and scanning of documents. Ideal Candidate: -5 years' experience within a small busy office environment. -Strong computer literacy with a good typing speed, knowledge of Excel and Word. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills. -Good work ethic and ambition. -Good time management and organisational skills.
