Service Administrator. Our client has a strong national presence all over Ireland and are part of a global operation. They are looking to recruit an experienced Service Administrator to join their team. The position will be full-time and on Contract based in Co. Cavan. Job Overview. Assisting the branch manager & service manager with work on intercompany reporting via head office on results, ensuring sales targets, compliance and standards are achieved etc. Duties: To handle and log incoming calls from internal and external Customers. Assist with the co-ordination of all Service Engineers Labour. To ensure that systems and procedures are followed and highlight problems identified to the Line Manager. Renewal of all Service and Maintenance Contracts. To provide the Service Manager with the relevant information to run the Maintenance Contracts effectively. Prepare & submit Quotations to Customer. To source and place orders for all parts and record on AXAPTA (Microsoft ERP System. To record and control cylinder rentals. To ensure the WIP is kept to a minimum & Monitor all Job costings. To ensure that the company systems and procedures including ISO 9001, 18001 & 14001 are followed and highlight problems identified to the Line Manager for all tasks. To provide support to busy Project Manager. Responsible for invoicing sales to meet monthly targets. Responsible the reporting of sales to meet monthly targets. Assist with ad hoc duties as and when they arise in a busy Service. Do costs and generate and process invoices for call outs and projects. Chase Debtors. Requirements: Previous administration experience, 4-5 years. Excellent PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook system orientated. Knowledge of accounts and accounting software is an advantage. Used to working on their own initiative in a fast-paced environment. Excellent Communication Skills, Organisational and Time Management skills and be a Team Worker. Experience dealing with customers over the phone and via email.
