Job title: Collections Agent. Salary: €35,000 - €45,000. Location: Central Dublin. Duration: Permanent. Our client is looking for a Collections Agent to join their busy team in Central Dublin. You will be working as part of the Servicing and Collections team to assist with the collection of overdue customer payments. Responsibilities: Working to daily targets on the number of calls/texts/emails for customers in arrears. Reducing the non-payment rate among borrowers. Achieving monthly and quarterly goals while pursuing collections with an appropriate tone and attitude. Building and maintaining effective relationships. Liaising with Legal team in relation to bad debts. Making credit recommendations to new and existing customers. Setting up Direct Debit on internal and third-party systems as required. Dealing with customer queries. Requirements: 2 years’ experience working in Collections. Knowledge of billing and collection procedures. Good attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills. Advanced knowledge of Excel including formulas and pivots. 3rd level degree preferable.
