Requirements : You’ll need your level 8 degree in a technical discipline. Minimum of 4 to 5 years’ experience at engineering level. Project management experience is highly desirable. Job Purpose : You will be providing daily support of products, processes, materials, and equipment in order to achieve production goals (i.e., quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and safety. You’ll develop and implement manufacturing business improvement projects and processes for medical devices. Support teams to make improvements to existing devices and manufacturing processes. Lead projects independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities: Analyse Processes. Compile and Analyse Data. Draw Conclusions from test results leading to effective Technical Resolution. Troubleshoot new products / process. Continually Drive Improvements in process design, layout and operational performance. Application of Validation Techniques. Technical Guidance to Associate Engineers and technicians. You will be an Influential Team Member , fully motivated to achieve and demonstrate best practices in line with the department and Site objectives. Benefits : 10% Annual Bonus.
