Motivateandleadteamstoassisttheminachievingtheirstrategicobjectivesquickly. LeadtheOperationalExcellenceSMEteam. Ensureprojectsandteamsaresetuptodeliverexpectedresults. Ensureallimprovementsareinlinewithcustomercentricity. Workasa"thoughtleader"tocreatefutureimprovementroadmapswithclearplansthatareinlinewithimprovementneeds. ExceedingSG&Acostasa%ofrevenue. Requirements: HonoursBachelorDegree(Level8. 5+yearsexperienceinoperations,processmanagement or continuousimprovement. LeanSixSigmaAccreditation. Experienceleadingchangeandenablinghigherperformingteams. Experienceleadingcontinuousimprovementprojects. Peoplemanagementexperience. Abilitytoinfluencebusinessleaders.
