A leading Irish farm machinery dealer are looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager covering 2 x retail stores in the Tipperary region. This is a full-time permanent role. The ideal candidate will come from a farming background and have a keen interest and understanding of farm machinery. Duties to include. Driving sales in the territory, achieving sales targets and KPI's. Enhancing our customer base by delivering quality customer care. Assessing opportunities to drive additional business development. Gain excellent product knowledge and benefits of ranges and specs to customer base. Candidate profile. Extensive knowledge of agricultural tractors and machinery. Professional, enthusiastic and have a strong work ethic. The ability to recognize sales opportunities and maximize selling potential in the territory. Previous experience in machinery and farm equipment sales, preferably in the agricultural sector is an advantage, but not a necessity. Excellent time management and territory management skills.
