The Noel Group are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator on a temporary contract for our Client ased in Tallaght. K e y r e s po nsibi li t ies (include but are not limited to. Responsible for all HR Administration. Participation in all HR recruitment activities. " Maintenance and updating of the personnel system and employee files. Active participation in the Induction processes for all new employees. Administration of HR reports and ad- hoc projects / queries as and when required. Proactively participating in a busy HR environment. Assist and support rollout of various initiatives, projects e. HR strategy. O t h er Duti e s. Reception cover and other administrative duties, as required. Th e id ea l candi d ate w il l: Have a HR related qualification or be currently studying towards a HR qualification. Ideally, have previous work experience in a HR Department. A commitment to the continuous development of the HR function. Be confident, self-motivated and able to work under own initiative. Show ability to relate professionally at all levels within the organisation. Show confidentiality and discretion. Be able to multi-task and prioritise. Have excellent organisational skills.
