Job title: AML Senior Analyst. Salary: €35,000-€40,000. Location: Dublin City Centre. Duration: Permanent. Looking for a Senior AML Analyst to join the AML and Investor On-boarding team. You will be responsible for processing application forms, AML refresh and FATCA/CRS documents for new investor accounts. You will also be responsible for ensuring sanction screening is cleared on a daily basis and any outstanding AML documentation is requested in a timely manner. Responsibilities: Follow on-boarding procedures ensuring a high level of data entry. Ensure all relevant work tasks are completed on time daily. Provide an oversight of new investor accounts, ensure compliance with FATCA/CRS and AML procedures. Assist the Investor Services team and provide guidance on AML and FATCA requirements. Oversight of sanction and PEP screening, ensuring all alerts are investigated. Assist the Investor Services team with complex cases and provide guidance. Respond to Client, Investor and Internal queries in a timely manner. Implement new and enhanced procedures in line with updated regulations/client requirements. Requirements: Third level degree in Finance/Business. 2 years’ experience in AML in the Fund’s industry. Working knowledge of FATCA/CRS. Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel and Word.
