Our client a leading national Bank has an immediate 6-month FTC contract offering (potential for extension) for a Business Analyst. They need an experienced BA with a track record in large multi-phase programmes, Able to lead workshops, manage vendors, and ultimately review business processes, to gain a complete understanding of current procedures, help identify improvements, and document those processes. The BA will construct the As-Is – To-Be process maps. Ideal candidate: This role is ideal for someone with Business Analysis experience within Banking. Rate: €50k - 55K (negotiable) pro rata. Location: Dublin South. Roles Responsibilities: Perform Business Mapping, Coordinate process design. Assist in Project Management/ Workshops. Support IT and Test teams during system build and test cycles. Execute and Document Business Acceptance Testing on systems changes. Support the drafting of procedures, communications and training materials. Manage assigned tasks and adhere to agile or waterfall project methodology standards. Experience and Requirements: Good communication skills and good attitude - paramount. Microsoft Visio (or similar) and Microsoft Project a bonus.
