Role: Shipping Coordinator. Contract: Temp – Start ASAP. Location: Galway city (West. A multinational IT company has an urgent requirement for a Shipping Coordinator on a temp basis. This position has come about due to exciting new projects with huge global clients! We are looking for someone reliable and trustworthy with experience in admin/IT systems. You should be confident working in an ever-changing environment and require minimal supervision. This role will be supported by the local IT and inside sales team – mainly reporting to USA. Key responsibilities: Monitor MS ServiceNow ticketing system. Send service request to Orion. Update statuses of Requests to Microsoft ServiceNow. Create and update CRP records for shipments. Send Asset detail to Cabot for Virtual warehouse inventory management. Receive Microsoft disposal product via parcel shipments, log into MS Assets, wipe devices if necessary. Coordinate disposal pickups with Microsoft Disposal vendor. Update reporting as needed. Receive, Pick, Ship orders that are routed through the IRE facility. Required: Prior experience in an order management/shipping role. Previous experience working in a fast-paced multinational environment. Strong systems experience. Good administrator, confident working with minimal supervision and taking on new tasks as required.
