HR Business Partner. Sanderson HR Recruitment is partnering with its international engineering services client to recruit an experiened HR Business Partner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and expertise in: Employee Relations / Industrial Relations. Stakeholder Managerment. Business Partnership. Workforce Planning. Talent & Succession Planning. HR Analytics and Change. With this tool kit you will align all HR activities and interventions with business objectives whilst providing operational support and advice to senior management. Build and sustain productive relationships and carry out monthly meetings with business unit management teams and HR. Generate useful insights and analysis from business groups. Resolve complex employee relations issues and employee welfare issues. Build and maintain the manpower plan and co-ordinate overall workforce supply and demand, anticipating needs, recruitment methods. Management of staff performance. Build employee engagement, productivity and talent retention. Work with managers on training plans. Contribute and lead on Group HR projects when requested. Skills & Experience. 3rd level qualification in HR or equivalent. Membership of CIPD. Proven track record in a commercially focused HR Business Partner role. Experience working within a Unionised workforce. Talent and workforce planning. Strong reporting and analysis skills. Resiliance with the ability to form strong working relationships.
