Experienced IT Analyst with Letter Template experience required for 6-12 Month Contract based in Dublin city centre. Reporting to the Customer Communications Manager, the IT Analyst will join the communications group who are responsible for the design and development of complex customer focused letter templates. The IT Analyst will: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyse and agree requirements with key stakeholders. Ensure requirements are tested before release. Establish relevant partner relationships in the business and with third parties. Support business units with the introduction of new templates. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: A Business or IT Qualification. 2+ Years’ experience in an IT Analysis role. Proven experience modifying, testing and documenting Template changes to deliver a quality product. Good documentation experience. Financial Services experience would be an advantage.
