Roles & Responsibilities. ● Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Skills are essential (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. ● A flair for video and motion graphics. ● Demonstrate creative flair within brand guidelines. ● Strong design skills in creating brochures, adverts and POS. ● Good understanding of typographic principles. ● Work proactively under own initiative. ● Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery. ● Reviewing junior designers' work to ensure high quality. ● Producing marketing collateral within brand guidelines. ● Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects. ● Liaise between the design team and management to ensure deadlines are met. ● Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools. Skills & Experience. ● Strong print and production knowledge. ● A portfolio that shows a range of brochures and advertising creative. ● Proficient in design software. ● Highly organised individual with an eye for detail. ● Strong aesthetic skills and attention to visual details. ● Proven work experience as a graphic designer. ● Desire to continue learning and developing your skillset. ● Flexible, creative and enthusiastic – team player. ● Excellent communication and listening skills. ● Good client liaison skills. ● Relevant degree.
