Our client is currently seeing to appoint a Mobile Networks Architect in their Mobile Team. The Mobile Networks Architect is a key member of the team and reports directly to the Head of Wholesale Technology and BI. The role is responsible for ensuring Team Mobile’s network technology deliver the best possible customer experience to their customers. This role provides an exciting, fast paced and challenging career opportunity for an experienced mobile telecommunications expert. Responsibilities: Responsible for technology design and implementation on MVNE and interworking systems including SMS & Voice providers. Create innovative methods and processes to measure customer experience using mobile network technology sources. Work with the MNO, MVNE and other technology partners to implement company Mobile ’s network strategy and requirements. across 2G/3G/4G and upcoming 5G technologies. Troubleshoot technical issues across a complex MVNE, MNO and Roaming networks environment. Support and share knowledge to other functions within the companyMobile including Operations, Customer Care & Retail Stores. Develop KPIs and manage technology suppliers’ performance against these. Manage MVNE system capacity forecasting. Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence. Experience: Technical Degree to bachelor level or other related third level qualification. 5+ years’ experience in the Mobile Telecoms Industry. Technical knowledge of a mobile network including Network Core and Radio, Billing, CRM, BSS, OSS; preferably with in-depth expertise in Core voice & data networks. Proven focus on providing technology expertise with customer excellence as a priority. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work across diverse technology teams and third-party providers.
